Welcome to Portsmouth Ghostbusters Rookie Workshops! Before participating in any of our workshops, please read through the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Workshop Content:

Portsmouth Ghostbusters Rookie Workshops provide crafting sessions focused on creating Ghostbuster-related props and kit items. These workshops are designed for entertainment and educational purposes.

2. Age Requirement:

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult throughout the duration of the workshop. The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and behaviour of the child.

3. Workshop Venue:

Our workshops are held at the local community centre as specified in the workshop details. Participants are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations of the community centre during their attendance.

4. Clean-Up and Packing Away:

It is mandatory for all participants and workshop organisers to assist in packing away and cleaning up the workshop area before leaving the premises. This ensures that the community centre is left in the same condition as it was found.

5. Safety Precautions:

Participants are required to follow all safety instructions provided by the workshop organisers during the crafting process. This includes proper handling of crafting materials, tools, and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries.

6. Liability:

Portsmouth Ghostbusters Rookie Workshops and its organisers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the workshop. Participants attend the workshop at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

7. Conduct:

Respectful and appropriate behaviour is expected from all participants and accompanying adults throughout the workshop. Disruptive behaviour or actions that may endanger others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop premises.

8. Photography and Filming:

Portsmouth Ghostbusters Rookie Workshops may occasionally take photographs or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes. By participating in the workshop, participants and accompanying adults consent to the use of their images for these purposes.

9. Changes and Cancellations:

Portsmouth Ghostbusters Rookie Workshops reserve the right to make changes to workshop schedules, content, or venue if necessary. In the event of a cancellation, registered participants will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements may be offered.

10. Feedback and Queries:

We value your feedback and are open to any queries or concerns you may have regarding our workshops. Please feel free to contact us via the provided contact details for assistance.

11. Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within one week of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
For cancellations made further in advance, a £10 cancellation fee will be deducted from the total workshop fee of £20. The remaining £10 will be refunded to the participant.
